Moving Borders is an EU-funded project that aims to provide dance and cultural organisations with tools to facilitate exchanges between forcibly displaced artists and civilians within local social and cultural contexts. The project also explores issues around the inclusion of newcomers and being responsive to new challenges brought by the cross-border movement of people.

About

Moving Borders explores how three female dance artists from Ukraine – and the migration of millions of women and children escaping from the Russian occupation of their country – are informing approaches to welcoming and engaging refugees through dance, and in the development of inclusive and cohesive practices across Europe.
Project activities include international workshops, live and online meetings, dissemination events, a mapping exercise and a research article.
