EDN Conference: INVENTUR 2 at tanzhaus nrw Düsseldorf · Programme

1 – 3 JUNE 2017

INVENTUR 2 wants to analyse the current situation of contemporary dance and the performing arts, across genre boundaries and in a cross-sectoral manner. 12 years after the first INVENTUR in Vienna in 2005 the field’s most prominent performers discuss central topics of the latest developments of contemporary dance and art, all the while taking in consideration the current political, ecological and economic crises. In nine panels, both the inventory as well as the inventory-taking itself will be up for discussion.
The event is held in English.

Sigrid Gareis, Gabriele Brandstetter, Martina Hochmuth, Bettina Masuch.

The European Dancehouse Network conference INVENTUR 2 is organized by tanzhaus nrw Düsseldorf and funded by the Arts Foundation of North Rhine-Westphalia  and EDN with the support of the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union and supported within the framework of the Alliance of International Production Houses by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.

Participation Fee: 30 € (no further reductions).
Tickets for the evening performances need to be booked additionally.
